Arrival and Dismissal

Arrival: Doors open at 7:15 AM

Early Pick: Before 2:30 PM

Dismissal: 3:15 PM

Arrival

• Doors will open at 7:15
• All students will enter through the front door
• No phone use in driveway
• Please go slow and watch for students
• Use both lanes in driveway
• For safety reasons, no switching lanes
• Pull all the way forward to crosswalk, do not stop at front door
• Stay in your car, staff members will assist students exiting cars as needed
• For student safety,students must exit onto the sidewalk not in the middle of the driveway
• Use crosswalk to cross street/driveway
• No parking on street or in driveway

Dismissal

• No phone use in driveway
• Please go slow and watch for students
• Use both lanes in driveway
• For safety reasons, no switching lanes

• Stay in your car, staff members will assist students entering cars 
• For student safety, students must enter the car from the sidewalk not in the middle of the driveway
• Use crosswalk to cross street/driveway
• No parking on street or in driveway
• Have QR code ready for staff member to scan
• Always stay in your car
• If you do not have a QR code you will be asked to go to the office and show your ID to pick up student, you must be listed on student contact form
• Students will be escorted from the building to the car
• Walking up to door to pick up car riders will not be allowed to ensure the safety of all students 

Walkers

• Macarthur walkers will be picked up on the Macarthur side of the school
• Haley walkers will be picked up on the Haley side of the school
• Have QR code ready for staff member to scan
• Once scanned student will be brought to you
